Around 2015 a family need for better fitting and better performing riding footwear sparked a dream that remains close to our dirt-loving hearts. After a ton of thinking and a few years of tinkering, we decided to make that dream a reality, launching Ride Concepts in the fall of 2018 with the outcast idea of being the first mountain bike specific footwear company to offer a complete range of technically driven and tailored products for men, women and youth riders. At our core, we are committed to making reliable, comfortable, and innovative MTB gear so that riders like you can focus on the shred ahead.
Location is everything
Nestled in the eastern foothills of Lake Tahoe, we call Reno, Nevada home. Reno itself has its own burgeoning year-round riding scene, but shhhh, you didn’t hear that from us. Neighboring California’s finest singletrack and bike parks, we take pride in the proven testing grounds we call our backyard. Loose dirt, rocky terrain, and high elevation characterize the riding and offer a rugged testing ground so that we can back our product with integrity and develop our next big innovation.
Ride Every Day
Dust or mud. Race or chill. Solo or squad. We never stop. We may have all gotten into MTB for different reasons, but chances are we’re all still here to have fun on two wheels (or three ;), in the dirt. The point is, it doesn't matter whether you have a BMX background or are a recovering roadie, we want to make riding everyday more than a dream or aspiration, and inspire you to make it your reality with MTB-specific you can’t count on, day after day.
