Charlie Hatton
Charlie has been called “one of the UK’s brightest talents.” Charlie is a passionate supporter of the British riding scene and his focus on the National Series paid huge dividends for him when he took the Overall National win in both 2016 (as a Junior) and 2017 (as a first-year Elite).
Charlie started racing Elite for the 2017 season and despite “coming into the season not knowing what to expect” his smooth style carried him straight into the top 20 rankings with a 17th place finish at Lourdes.
2018 was a difficult year for Charlie when he suffered a broken hand, slowing his progress mid-season, but he persevered to finish on a high with a victory at the UK National Series (Bringewood) and a 3rd place finish at Red Bull Hardline where he competed against 20 of the world’s most respected riders.
Charlie hails from the Forest of Dean where mountain-biking is a fixture. When not on the bike you’ll find Charlie training, hanging out with his girlfriend and family or visiting with his close friends.
