My Grandson had a previous Ride Concept mountain bike shoe which was getting a bit tight on him. I ordered a larger size which in any other shoe was accurate for his feet, but the Ride Concept shoe was just a bit too tight. The quality and look of the shoe is otherwise great.

Shoes seem good, customer support not so much
The shoes look and feel great but unfortunately they didn't fit our son and the return process has been a nightmare. Filled in the return form on their site, no response, emailed their support team, no response, called the phone number and left a message, no response. 30 days to return shoes from delivery and I am now at 14 days and no further to being able to return or exchange them. Very poor customer experience.

Amazing quality
I just received 2 pair of shoes for my 8 year old son and I’m amazed by the quality. These shoes will definitely be outgrown befor out worn . Then I will order more . I highly recommend
