I’m the type of person that spends all of my free time outside. When I moved from the woods of New Hampshire, to the Colorado alpine, and then the high desert of Arizona, living and racing on two wheels became my preferred outdoor outlet. I love to instruct riders on the technical and ever-changing terrain of Sedona, while also bagging my own big days on the bike. Flume is a clipless mountain bike shoe that’s best suited for big days on the bike and to keep my feet comfortable when coaching all day.

The Ride Concepts Flume women’s mtb shoe is my go-to for a long day in the backcountry. It's the perfect fit for high mileage days where the ups are just as notable as the downs. I'm never concerned about losing power on each pedal stroke, as the shoe's platform is responsive and stiff in all the right places.

Flume has a breathable Cordura® upper fabric that provides comfort without sacrificing durability. The materials and welded seams are premium quality. I’m able to use the hook and loop closure to ensure a snug fit, as well as easy access for quick adjustments.

Flume is right there when I need it with confident traction on and off the bike. When I have to hike my bike, underfoot traction is no problem whether I’m on slick rock, dirt or variable terrain.

Flume hits the mark at being efficient on ups, performance oriented for flowy downhills, and comfortable to wear for long hours in the saddle.
